Pre-Teens (Ages 9-12)
‘The young shall surely grow’. These age group is a progression from the children’s church. We build on the foundation that has been laid from the previous class. ‘For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ’ – 1 Corinthians 3:11.
We understand how crucial this age group is because it is an important precursor to a successful and vibrant teenage life. Hence, we pay good attention to their continuing spiritual development, feeding them with the pure milk of God’s word every Sunday – 1 Peter 2:2, ‘As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby’. They also engage in various activities that improve their mental wellbeing and physical agility.
The leadership is conscious of the rapid technological innovations in our world today, therefore, we teach the children computer programming like coding, how to create their own games and channelling their God-endowed grace for profitable use right early.
